[Resolved]  Hisense India Private Ltd — Hisense faulty TV product and worst Customer Service department

My name is Ajay Govind and I purchased 65U7H. on 25th Sept 2022.

My TV broke down, due to some internal OS issue..It has not working since 23rd Oct 2022..The service people visited on 25th and agreed that their product was faulty and raise a complain for repair or replacement..The replacement was approved from Hisense brand higher authority on 3rd Nov...But becoz there were multiple problems with TV with a months usage..I demanded replacement rather than repair.

Hisense Noida manager Mr. Yogesh called me, and assured me that my replacement request was approved on 11th of Nov by the brand. But because there is no inventory, I may have to wait little longer as Hisense new production would start on 20th Nov. in Chennai..After that it would take 4-5 days for the shipment to Mumbai and 1-2 days for service people to do replacement. (I have his whatsapp chat and audio record stating the same) I have attached the image here.

Now, today on 28th Nov I called him and he had no answer to where my replacement TV was..and he started offering me refund..I asked for compensation of them deceiving me, giving false promises and information..and wasting more than one month of our time and inconvenience to our family. Mr. Yogesh has started avoiding and ignoring my calls. Ultimately, when we spoke and I confronted and questioned his authority and knowledge about Hisense internal system and ability to resolve customer's issues, he hung up and blocked me.
I think that is quite unprofessional.

Now, I am stuck with a faulty TV, for over a month and no further solution to the problem that I have faced.
Hisense seems to be a terrible company...with worst customer Service department..I don't know how they claim to be number 2 in the world and sponsor of FIFA games.

I am reporting and escalating this issue to level 3 Hisense team...hoping my TV will get replace on priority or get my full refund with compensation.

I also intend to take this grievance to other social platform including Amazon who are selling Hisense products .
I would also like to go public and file complaint in consumer court about my grievances with Hisense Customer Care.
