Holiday Squares — forgery, cheating and causing financial damage

On 9th feb2017 i received a call from holiday squares offering me a holiday package for rs9978. Since i had a holday plan i conveyed to them that i could only buy their plan if they gave me confirmed booking for my upcoming holiday at udaipur to which they readily agreed. They took my dates for hotel booking, my preferred hotel and destination. After that they sent me a hotel confirmation voucher and the booking number. This is when i made them the payment through pay u money. Since every thing was fine they lured me into purchasing another package for rs12688/- assuring me of a gift of laptop on purchase of 2 packages as it was their anniversary offer. Few days before my travel is when my ordeal started. On contacting the hotel for confirmation of booking they informed that there was no such booking. A booking was made but was released for non receipt of payment. When i contacted holiday squares on the issue they did not give any satisfactory reply. I repeatedly questioned them how could they sent me forged confirmation letter with false booking number to which they had no answer. This is when i realised that i have been cheated and duped by the company.
