I had been called ms. Komal singh called from holiday squares and asked me to pay rs. 11, 688/ for 4 n and 5 days package anywhere in india. He told me that you are entitled for a gift of lenevo laptop on 31.03.2017. I checked the website and thought it is correct and paid rs. 11, 688/ through netbanking merchant order id:[protected], but after i called again for when i am not received holiday package then ms komal singh called me and said that again i have to pay rs. 11, 688/- for a gift on 08.04.2017. Then i ask i have already made payment, why should i pay again then she ask me to i[censored] wanna gift (Laptop) then you need to pay rs. 11, 688/, then i replied i don’t want gift (Laptop) n, please retuen back money or provide holiday package, till date i have tried to many times but no able to connect, even no response of mail. Call center number[protected] is not working. Kindly retuned my money rs. 11, 688/ or deliver a holiday package. The screen shots of email correspondence on 31.03.2017 are enclosed herewith. From them i have receive call for refund with ticket number - t00164852 by mr. Arun [protected] on dated 08.05.2017. They inform me to refund after 45 days but still i didn't receive any refund.
