Till date, I have neither received my holiday package nor mobile phone from their side. I have contacted customer care more than 20 times in last 1.5 Months. Every time, I have been given reply as: the dispatch is under process.
The last time I called customer care on 25th April, 2017, I was assured that I will receive my package welcome kit and mobile phone lately by 15 May, 2017.
