With due respect on behalf of all the staff and non teaching staff members we want to state that the present acting principal of holy family convent senior secondary school ropar is harassing the teachers in every form.with lack of knowledge in timetable making she has done the things upside down making it difficult for us to teach.she regularly calls the teachers and insults them without getting deep into the things.she is not at all experienced in handling the complications of the students instead encourages the parents and their children to go against the teachers.
Non teaching staff is made to sit for long hours in school premises and principal’s behaviour with them is also very rude.Also their salaries according to the workload is very less.
The overall quality of education has come so low and the standard of the school is also at risk.we request the authorities to please look into this matter as soon as possible and sr.rincy rose should be replaced soon by someone who is experienced in handling the school.
Many teachers have left the school because of the behaviour of the principal and the mental complications she is creating for being in the school.it seems as if this was what she wanted.
Please look into this matter urgently.Looking forward to a positive response from your side.
