Home — Complaint about assisted service in Tamil matrimony

I paid 3 months assisted service membership on 4th August 2022 of around Rs.17500- in Tamil matrimony marketed by Priyanka ([protected]) for my daughter. Miss.Srilatha Manager ([protected]) has allocated for me for matching profiles. She send weekly 3 profile which are not matching profile such as horoscope, height, caste etc. and send me from already seen people. Till now No family was assinged to meeting. Only through phone call she send and no response. On 04/09/2022 she called me that your membership is expired. Since, he didn't get serious in finding the matching partner to my daughter. I already complaint about her on 1 month itself. They told me we will take more priority on this service.
On 5th September 2022 onwards she was not pick my calls and switched off the mobile.

Since i was paid 3 month prime diamond of Rs.6700. on Feb 2022 i unable to good matching profile for my daughter.
So that, i taken assisted service on advice of
Priyanka for 3 months.

Totally 3 months of service none was visited my home from groom side behalf of Assisted service Miss. Srilatha manager.

Further,
I want the money back or other wise continue 3 months assisted service with skilled and experienced person.

Kindly take action about this and provide services immediately
