Have ordered product from Dunzo daily products...
Have ordered the daily thinks..
Have made a payment for that..but waited for the order getting it..once got a product.when we opened it . whichever ordered for quantity 2, ..came with 1 time...which was really shocked..have planned to call Dunzo call center..but no where options mentioned to call immediately.. chatting options were there, Have registered the issue.. finally without hearing all the details refund initiated msg came, have felt not hearing our concern from customer side .and not replying immediately have waited more than 5 minutes..to get a reply from them, it made me feel irritating.. kindly take an action against them and do the needful Was this information helpful? |
