[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — deduct amount not refunded

My name pritesh mistry. On 28th august ibapply for mini cash loan at home credit finance website. When i apply for it they charge 1 rs. For bank verification. 2 month ago same things happening. They charge 1rs. For bank verification during application. But they rejected my application for loan. So my question is why they not refund my 1 rs.. Important is not 1 rs. Important is they charge 1 rs. To every application... So imagine for 1 lac application they get 1 lac rs. Free any investment. Its means company cheat to the customer. Please sir. I request to u give attention on this.
