Sir Maine 39000 ka loan liya tha Dec-2016 me 36 months ke liye jiski installment 2076 hai aur mujhe kaha Gaya tha ki apka annual rate of interest 30.54% rahega aur aap 6 mahine ke baad kabhi bhi foreclose Kar sakte ho aur aap jab foreclose karenge tab apka bacha hua byaj nahi lagega ... Sir Mai 22 emi paid Kar chukka hu jiske hisab se Maine ab tak 45672 Rs. Paid kar diye hai

Baki ka amount Mai foreclose karna chata hu...to mujh 22746 rs. Payment ke liye bataya gaya hai jo ki 5594 rupay zada hai Interest rate ke according.

As per my calculation on flat rate basis as per sanction latter.

As per your calculation payable amount of Rs.22746/- why i paid excess amount rs.5594/-

As per Welcome latter Interest Rate is 30.54% PA Flat Rate
And as per Re-payment schedule Rate is 48.55 PA Reducing Rate

I had call & mail to customer care for this matter but no positive response they are revert me on mail for pay according Loan Repayment statement.

Please help me for this matter. and ask them to follow fare policy.
