Hi team, I purchased sofa cum bed from TV teleshopping in month of march but ever since I have received it , the piece is defective and punctured. I tried calling then however they are nEither ready to replace or repair. I have been following up with them for long. have been complaining since then and finally they asked me to courier the piece where i paid Rs500 .I recived my piece back after a month yesterday and still it has a hole.I have been following up with them and no response.Now they are again asking me to courier or personally go and deposit to there reapir store for which again I have to bear the charges.Kindly help to get my refund back or a new set.
