Home — heavily inflated bill of july 2020.

Consumer number[protected] have received a message about the bill of july 2020 which is 4 times the amount of my total usage. An amount of rs 22990 has been mentioned in the message where as my normal bill is around rs 5200. This is simply impossible. I am a senior citizen and do not have any income to pay such a huge bill. This is sheer mental torture from your end for a person of 74 years. Unable to go to your office to resolve it because of pandemic. Request you to resolve the issue soon and do the needful on the mail itself on [protected]@gmail.com and relieve me of this mental burden. Also make a serious note that none of your numbers given on the bill or internet can be got through. They are either ringing or if atall its picked the call is disconnected. I am trying very hard since past 3 days to get in touch. Also the bill doesn't open to check the units consumed. Awaiting a quick resolution from your end with a corrected amount.
