Home Help Care Services, Raipur — Fraud Agency promising to provide maid services | |||||
We hired 24 hours maid from Home Help Care Services. This company never supplied the maid and on failure to do so, they confirmed the money will be refunded via WhatsApp msg. The agency is not responding now and failed to provide confirmation on the refund. The advance payment of Rs 5000 is made on 18th July. We are dealing with Shivani Sharma who seems to be representing the company. She is available on her company mobile [protected]. After several reminders to the company, we file complaint in consumer protection court ( online). Shivani thereafter called us and informed that now no maid service provider will provide the maid as we file complaints against them. I have still not received the payment and the company just informed the consumer protection court that they will refund but never refund the money. This is clear case of cheating and fraud. Sir they have done same fraud with me also. Same Shivani Sharma after getting money they stop responding. They are running a big online fraud racket and human trafficking.

These people repeated same fraud with me also recently, after appearing genuine for 15 days and talking us through different maid options etc, finally when they sent their UPI scan image for transferring money, then somehow I could reach this forum and confirm that they are fraud people. This time she told her name as [censored]al and we also talked to one guy who called himself as Ajay although truecaller is giving their name as Sunil Upadhyay and Delhi address but they tell they are established in Raipur.
They are becoming more and more professional in their sweet talks, so its hard to crack their real motive. They directly contact on whatsapp through justdial and dont tell any agency name or anything
Beware of these people. Generally, we contact them or search them in times o[censored]tter need but they will not only waste your time, money but also make you all the more miserable.

homehelpcare@pingpay is the UPI id they gave for transferring money which is in the name of Abhimanyu Nayak
Same happen with me last year, beaware with this fraud home help care agency, they took charge of 5000 and never return it neither provide maid, also they have girls pan card, aadhar card which they show in the name of maid they provide, illegal agency and no one taking action against them this is the fate of India and our police department
