I had made a booking for getting my interiors done for my flat at Noida. The estimated value was around Rs 7 lacs. I was given a discount of 30% on the value. While the design was going on I realized that they do not have any design options and are basically box manufacturers. I wanted to opt out and to maintain decency I said that I got an assignment in another city, therefore I asked for a refund for the Rs 38, 000 paid as advance
However, that was refused and i was asked to give a minimum order value of Rs 1.5 lacs. After number of design iterations I finalized a few items, but their team refused to pass on the discount of 30% as promised earlier. I feel the total behavior of the team is very unprofessional. They do not have any design options. I feel they are trapping customers with sweet talk and then dictating the terms after the initial advance payment.
The response of the team at NOIDA office is horrible to say the least. No body answers phone. I keep on waiting for a response for hours and sometime even a day.
They forced me to buy loose items worth Rs 1.52 lacs. I had no option but to agree to that. I have already paid Rs 78, 000 towards that but still they are not telling anything about the delivery. Such an unresponsive and intransigence, hopeless team in customer relations I have never seen. No one should do business with Homelane ever.
