later in the month of january, submitted a complaint at the call centre of ifb with customer id 10497263 and the number for the same is 14890608. i had been assured for its early solution. inspite of contacting your customer center and even the service provider of our area(sector 48, chandigarh) repeatedly, no one seems bothered to come and look for the mechanical faults of our machine. its been ridiculous to be treated in such a way... we are just fed up of contacting ifb for the same and even condemning our action of buying ifb product...bt since we have committed a mistake, so need to take care of this expensive product...review our complaint and do the needful at the earliest.
