I have bought a new MicroteK UPS model MTKUY1K just two days ago. Serial Number is 22IUY4B1AL147808.
It is not picking up charges. I am frustrated.
I have bought two pieces but one of the two is defective.
I lodged complaint on toll free number [protected]
But no body has responded. I am not interested in repairs. I need immediate replacement. I want a mechanic to come with a new UPS of the same model urgently. if it is not possible to repair onsite immediately, it need to be replaced immediately.
