I am your customer and a delivery of books was due today.. And the address mentioned was my home address... When the delivery guy arrived he didn't reach at my home but at a distance.. I was not at my home.. So i called home and sent my little brother to bring that guy home as the package was too heavy for him to carry.. But the delivery guy refused and left my brother with that heavy package at long distance from my home... Very disappointed by the service... Was this information helpful? | 
Last time my cylinder is about to 4 kg less and we told him to exchange it thats why he did this job.
