Dear Support,
I purchased an LED TV and I called them for a Demo and since 4 days no one is coming to our house and doing the installation of wall mount bracket on the wall. I raised a complaint 4 times and they say in 24 hrs they will come and do the installation.
I am very unhappy with the customer support team for not taking the action on time.
