Dear Sir,
I am customer of Home Town, Noida from more than 6 months and this is a very very BAD experience.
Problem 1
Your staff leave you and your client is not updated. the client is fool he will surf here and there and on its own get to know that his interior designer has been left and the work is in new man's hand who doesn't know anything about you and your discussions and then you have to discuss again all the things with him and then you are on his mercy only. either he picks your phone or not.
Now again my interior designer is being changed and i do not know with whom I have to contact.
Problem 2
In october 2012 I received a call from Mr. Vinit Kumar (Interior Designer, Home Town). that there is some sale of wall papers in home town and if i purchase them in 1 day or 2 then i will get 50% discount.
I visited your store with my family and purchased wall papers of Rs. 50, 000/-. And i received wall papers after 3-4 weeks later at my home. Mr. Vinit Kumar told me that do not open the box because if the box is open then the wall paper may be tampered. And said we have to open then when we want to paste them on wall.
And now when we are in finishing side of my new home we open the box we came to know that 4-5 wall papers from 8 were not of our choice there were very cheap and not of our choice. When i try to contact Mr. Vinit Kumar (Interior Designer, Home Town) he doesn't pick my phone. i tried almost full week to call him but he doesn't pick and in one night when i try he picks the phone and commit me to do the needful but after that he not picking the phone.
After a lot of effort i contacted Mr. Ambay at Home Town but he says that he is not responsible for anything and he can only check wall papers.
Problem 3
My work is not finished and there is is nobody to help us
My money is gone with home town.
AND I FEEL COMPLETELY CHEATED AND HOME TOWN PEOPLE HAS COMMITTED FRAUD WITH ME.
