Hi, I had purchased sofa from hometown noida branch in Sept 2014. Now it's springs was damaged within 2 months. i had made complaint but every time i call the customer care for follow up. now they are saying they won't replace my sofa. They just repaired it. Now my question is i invested 45 thousand and if after 1 year again springs damaged then what i will do ? I know problem comes, is there any way to replace this sofa with new sofa ( I will pay rest amount if another sofa costlier than this one. Details: Order No. [protected] Complain no.
