I bought a bed, mattress and a dresser on 30/12/2015 from Home Town department of Big Bazaar, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Before making the payment I asked the sales guy to ensure that the items are in stock and will be delivered on 01/01/2016. I was promised that the delivery will happen on 1st of Jan. It's now 5th of Jan and I am still waiting for these products which I purchased. Every day when I call the delivery date is pushed one day further. This is frustrating and is the worst kind of customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
