I had purchased 2 multi purpose cabinets and 1 shoe rack on 26th October, 2015 which got delivered on 10th December, 2015 after multiple follow-ups. A Carpenter came to fix it and found that 1 multiple cabinet was damaged, he promised that the complaint has been logged and a replacement will be made within 10 days but that was a false promise. We called the customer care more than 30 times but there was no positive response. Every time a call back was promised but that was also a false promise. Moreover the customer service representatives are pathetic in customer service and seriously need proper training. We finally went to Ambience Hometown outlet from where a purchased the items and met Department Manager Anoop Singh and he promised the delivery by 23rd November, 2015, that was again a false promise. Till date the issue has not been resolved and we have now come to the conclusion that it was our biggest mistake to trust Hometown. The complete system and management is pathetic and highly irresponsible. They have denied to refund our money also. They have started disconnecting my calls. We are now planning to file complaint under consumer court because it not the matter of money, this now a matter of mental harassment. Was this information helpful? |
