[Resolved] HomeTown — D&B Quality of work | |||||
Hometown started D&B work in my flat, in Hyderabad, last year July. I observed utter lack of planning, poor quality material (using worst and cheapest brand) to the extent of fraud committed by contractor and Hometown supervisor. Poor workmanship by contractors in electrical and carpentry has been disastrous. Carpenters were working without drawings, laminates badly applied. Asian Aspira Painting was agreed upon, but it was applied with 4 times diluted than Aspira Standard. As a customer, I had to visit my site everyday and manage the work, point out issues and give direction before they do irreversible damage. After completions of work in November, hinges got rusted. Multiple visits by store managers and D&B supervisors, Quality Assurance managers still have not resolved the issues. Need Immediate attention before the matter go out of our hands.
