Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought a dining table vide order # [protected] and took the full payment. They promised that they will deliver a good piece of dining table, which they didn't. The piece they delivered has got several cracks. When I complained of the issues, they said that they will get this resolved. I called several times to the customer care and every time they used to say that I would receive a call by 6:00 PM, which I never received. Even one day I met Mr. Praveen in their Marathahally Branch and he also told that I would receive a call by next day 6:00 PM, however, he never called. This is very disappointing and feel cheated by these people. If the issue does not get resolved in this week, I am going to file a complaint with consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
