[Resolved] HomeTown — Non Redressal of Complaint | |||
I bought wall papers from your Hometown store in the month of Oct 2014. The wall paper has not been pasted properly and it is coming off at various places. On filing a complaint with your phone customer care (Complaint no - [protected]), i was assured that the service engineers would get in touch with me at the earliest. However after almost a week, all i got was a sms saying that my complaint no has been closed & that too after confirmation that my issue had been taken care of. On contacting the customer care regarding this false misinformation, i was again assured that my issue would be redressed at the earliest. This was 04 days back and still no communication from your customer care regarding any redressal. Your customer care is really pathetic and lackadaisical and treats customers as whereas its actually the other way round. In today's competitive world of home retail shops, appropriate customer handling and care is of paramount importance in order to remain relevant or else fade into oblivion which am sure with your kind of customer service, you definitely will.
