I bought a sofa and office chair from Home town at Aditya mall, Indirapuram on 5th Nov, 13. At the time of buying, they do not have the items in their stock and the sales representative has told me the items will be delivered to you within 10days however I am mentioning the date 17th Nov considering 12days as maximum period in the invoice. To keep the track of my items I was constantly calling the customer support and I always have the same reply of ''your items will be delivered to you on 17th. When I contacted them on 17th, the store person told me that the items are still not received in the store. They have only the chair available but they do not have the sofa which later on they told me is lying somewhere in the other district o[censored]P.I failed to get my items inspite of my constant follow up!!! I have given a new date then which was 20th Nov. I asked them to deliver me the office chair first and later on 20th they can deliver the sofa.The store person agreed but ...no success today on 20th I have not received the chair. I have contacted the customer support today..the first answer I got ''no delivery instruction has out today for your items may be items are not available in the store and you will get the revised delivery date today''. Anyway I was very annoyed with the answer and asked CS to lodge the complaint immediately. I am just waiting to here from them.
I want to cancel my order and get my money back if I will not get all my items today. I am serious and I mean it.
The item purchased having SO no# [protected]. for any reference purposes.
