HomeTown — Pathetic customer service and Product quality | |||
I purchased a chair from Hometown and the back rest came out in one month. it took me 100 calls and 45 days to get the backrest replaced, and it broke after 2 days itself. everytime i call the customer care they say someone will call and noone does. I have to be on hold for 30 minutes and the customer care is very inefficient, rude and useless. Pathetic experience. Was this information helpful? | |||
