We had bought the sofa in August 2015, the foam on which we sit has squeezed a lot. Official complaint was done on 14/12 and was acknowledged by their official named Shankar on 16/12. Unhappy with the response we visited the showroom at Nagpur on 20/12. Upon their very assured promises for resolution within 24 hours by Mr. Rehman and Mr. Ajay (managers) we came back. Today is 27/12 and there is no response. We now want return of the cost of sofa i.e. Rs. 42945 and Rs. 10000 against the harrasment and penalty to hometown, so that they remember that after sales service is as important as sales.
