HomeTown — Sofa cum bed purchased from hometown - termite issue | |||
Hi, I had purchased a Sofa Cum bed with storage from Hometown on 27th Feb 2016 which was delivered in March. Within a month i was shocked to find powder in the storage area and sent an email to the helpline on 30th March. They did send executives to take the image and register a complaint on 2nd April. However, i did not receive any call for a resolution nor any reply to the follow up on the email. This product is not termite treated before shipment and has been a serious quality issue from hometown. This could inturn damage other products at home which has been of great concern to me. Seek help in resolving this issue at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
