I had visited Hometown store on 28th jan 2016 and had placed order for 4 products.
I have received the delivery yesterday.
The single seater received yesterday a second hand or used product. The product was sent wrapped in a white gunny bag and has a different product/ invoice number attached to it (please see the attached pics) You have cheated the customer by delivering a used old product and its not received from the hometown wearhouse directly.
Till now i have not received any call hometown store and no one has come to assemble the delivered products.
Please register a complaint on this matter.
If you fail to respond to this email with a effective resolution, I will pursue the matter with consumer court.
Please find the enclosed pictures of the invoice attached to the product and the already assembled /used display product wrapped in gunny bag delivered from the store.
