[Resolved] HomeTown, Vikhroli — Pathetic customer and post sales service!!!! | |||
The person reading this mail if have any sense of mind then will reply promptly. I purchased a wardrobe from Hometown Vikhroli 3 months back and they committed delivery displayed on bill was 25 days from the date of booking. As usual, the delivery was not received so I called their customer care and got informed that the delivery was delayed and will get deliver in coming 2 weeks " First Nonsense thing" then the item got received and the fitment was also delayed. The wardrobe door broke within 2 weeks of installation “the second nonsense” and false commitment is that till now no phone call came no person visited so I again called Mr Anil Pandey. If Future Group cannot fulfil commitments then kindly shutdown your sales and kindly educate and train your customer care executives that to pay attention to customer requirement and not to disconnect the calls if they don' t have any answers. Never in my life I will again do any kind of shopping in HOMETOWN. PATHETIC CUSTOMER AND POST SALES SERVICE!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
