1. Front Open / Canopy Size, Building above height and many more violated
terms and conditions according to sanctioned plan.
2. Extended / covered 100% open area on all floor and construction is
In full speed.
3. Extended plot A-670, (Three Side Corner) Shastri Nagar, near Jain
Mandir, Delhi ward No. 73.
4. Completely extended / covered and violated set back portion
(Excess of compoundable area).
5. This house is made by without permission of MCD. and without
Map, They have been used weak concrete.
They are constructing 4th floor without any approval from Government
agencies. They are bribing almost every government official. MCD
knows all these facts that MCD has issued / paste notice for illegal
construction on 2013. But no action have been taken till today.
We had requested the local administrative body to come in to action to
Stop the unauthorized construction but all such requested have fallen on
deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local. Please take an action as
soon as you can.
