Hope Shops — wrong product sent not replacing or refunding the money

I ordered bose soundlink revolve bluetooth speaker in the deal form the hopeshops. Before i ordered, conformed with them is it genuine? From the customer care (Ph: +91-[protected])

But they sent me a some other product. Now i raised a request to return, no body is responding.

In the order details i clearly mentioned that, if the product is not genuine, i'll return it. Still they send me a wrong product

Updated by Satyavenkatasandeep Today I got a call from this guy with the number +91 [protected] telling that, "Consumer Complaints" contacted them and they will refund the money. For that they need all my debit card details including with my expiry and the CVV number to refund the money. I denied to share these details as those are not necessary for transferring the money.

He also mentioned that, after refunding the money they will collect the product in 2 days. it is clearly evident that this is fake call. again they tried to steel the money from my card. today I verified, their website itself not working.
