Of admission: 15/07/2011 A breach in medical ethics while performing surgery on my injured knee by so called qualified orthopedic surgeons at hosmat hospital. Sub: I am victim of botched surgery on my injured right leg knee at hosmat hospital and surgery negligence by so called qualified orthopedic surgeons resulted in bone marrow right from my injured knee during surgery entered my brain resulted in post surgery incurable multiple injuries on my he-man physique just within 48 hours post surgery right in hosmat hospital bed. Whereas during motor vehicle accidents, building collapse, train / motor vehicle head-on collusion, victims are hospitalized with injury and multiple injuries since accidents do not come calling. Whereas surgery failure is not an accident, since surgery is performed by qualified surgeons after thorough investigation and planning and latest technology and techniques every complicated surgery could be performed in needle sharp perfection. But hosmat hospital botched surgery on my injured knee and post surgery incurable multiple injuries on my he-man physique pushed me to bedridden for life in state of living dead with a begging bowl. Whereas I entered hosmat hospital in he-man physique with just a knee injury. But just a few hours surgery on my injured knee at hosmat hospital by so called qualified orthopedic surgeons totally destroyed my he-man physique and pushed me to bedridden for life in state of living dead with a begging bowl. Chandy (chief surgeon for orthopedic surgery and managing director of hosmat hospital ) 2) Dr. Sunil bohra (consultant surgeon) 3) Dr. Preethi singh (consultant neurosurgeon) 4) Dr. Laxmikanth (consultant surgeon) Whereas above named surgeons are collectively responsible for botched surgery on my injured knee and surgery negligence resulted in post surgery multiple injuries on my he-man physique. Whereas I am not handicapped on birth or handicapped due to any motor vehicle accident or any other type of accident, hosmat hospital botched surgery on my injured knee totally handicapped my physique and pushed me to bedridden for life in state of living dead. Whereas I walked into hosmat hospital with just a knee injury and other than i had no medical complications whatsoever. I was not suffering from diabetic, no heart problem, no blood pressure and no other incurable diseases. I was healthy, strong and in he-man physique. Whereas I am qualified senior level professional typist and my livelihood depends on my profession and to carry on my profession; i need all my ten fingers precisely placed on keyboard keys to type at speed at 45-58 words per minute.
