[Resolved] HostGator — bad service... no solution

I have taken domain and hosting from hostgator, suddenly they suspend my website due to some virus or malware, my website is suspend sinsce last 10 days and my busines is affected due to this problem. I have chat and call many times but they don't provide better solution, they all make me fool by some stupid reasons. So don't take hosting from hostgator... They are fraud... Cheap service...

Updated by SaatvikPavan HostGator India suspended my website woodenpodium.in due to some malware / virus / infected files, when I called him they send me a mail to remove all virus and give 24 hours on 15th August, I had no idea about it and could not check mail. After that I called and chat with hostgator.in support team 3 or more times to activate my website, everytime they told me a new problem, but there is no result.
