Hi Sir/Madam,
This is Abhishek Chandra mishra holding Gold membership with Hotel Express India Pvt. Ltd
I am trying to reach to hotel express from past three weeks and got no response over call.
I somehow managed to get contact no of two employees working in hotel express named : Faiza Malik and Navneet but unfortunately they are not cooperating with me regarding my booking and Faiza Malik has blocked my contact number too.
With my multiple calls n messages i still got no response for my booking from past two weeks.
Membership fees: 85000 I have already paid in August 2022.
They have already asked us to pay Annual Maintenance Charge ie 7999/- and we have already done payment last week.
If this is the service to gold members, i would request you to please return my money happily or else provide service on time as mentioned while joining.
Please do the needful as soon as possible.
Please stop scamming people!!
