A completely fraud company!!!
We went to Mussoorie for Holiday and someone from their team gave us a scratch coupon on street and took us to Hotel Hammer for further communication. Their sales team (names of members - Anas and Hamza) explained us about their holiday packages and finally convinced us to purchase one costing 80, 000 INR. They did all the documentation the same day and we transferred the amount to their account.
One day after purchasing the package when we asked for bookings, they said no hotels are available on the given dates. We tried again after a few months and got no reply. All of their team members blocked us and now we do not have any means through which we can communicate with them.
80, 000 INR is a big amount and we cannot bear this loss. Request you to please look into this matter ASAP and get us our amount refunded back.
