House — Eb office not responding

Good day sir
My house eb number[protected]. Due to wind our eb coonection has been lost. Called our eb office phone number [protected]. But no response. By other means found the duty electric man cell number that is[protected] mr. Sekar. He told that i can correct the problem tomorrow only...in thos situation what we can do???. With my child we are sleeping on terrace where wind blowing 40km per hour. Please help.
