House — excessive water bill

Hi,
I am writing the complaint in regards to the excessive water bill which i am receiving.
I reside at "d, g 2 / 60d vikaspuri mig new delhi 110018". K no is [protected]. The water connection is under the name of shiri r. C goel
From the last 2 bills i am getting excessive water bill. We are only 5 members in my family and the water bill is above 3000 rs.. Earlier we never used to get the water bill but the last 2 bills are more than expected.
When enquired about the bills, the meter read which is mentioned in the bill is not mine. Its showing as 485 on 16-dec but when i checked my meter today it was showing 308. I am attaching the photo of my meter which is showing as 308
The meter reader are billing us at wrong meter read.. Please look into this and rectify it.
