House — LandLine not working for one month

To whom it may concern, l am Geevarghese Manapurathu, sending this from USA. Our parent's landline (No.[protected] is not working for more than one month. We complained several time but nobody has taken any action about our complaints. My aged parents are depended on the landline because their childrens are abroad and this is the only way of communications for them. we are also unable to contact them. We pay our bill right on time and never made any overdue payments. even if we make a late payment, u people take any action against us very quickly but we are not getting that quick response to our compliants from your side. We complained straight to our own district office and local exchange (Chunda, Kollam District). We paid really a large amount of money to get the connection and we are not getting the service that what we want.
