I had given a token money of 45K on HOABL sales team insistence to book a plot in Anjarle, Ratnagiri in March 24.
After the initial discussion I had asked them to put all the commitments they were making in writing - which they refused or were non-committal.
At that point I lost trust and asked them to return the token amount. During the sales call they had told me it will be returned in 2 weeks but they have not returned it even after 4 weeks - after repeated requests I have decided to put this on social media, write to MAHA RERA and go legal.
