I am lodging a complaint against House Of Koala Fashion Private Limited for failing to process refunds for 5 separate orders cancelled/returned in June 2025. Despite continuous follow-ups and a final legal notice sent to their directors, the company has completely ignored my communications and unlawfully withheld my money for nearly a year.
The dispute involves:
- Account 1: Order Numbers 4927, 4784, 5316
- Account 2: Order Numbers 5248, 5336
