House Owner Harassment And Mental Torture — Owner Locked the shop without any notice

Owner Asif Raoof has been constantly torturing us over period of 5 months. Hehas taken the rent in cash and claims he has not taken any amount. There is a lot of mental torture going on right now. The shop is the only source of income. We have bee through a lot already and now he has locked the shop without informing anything. All this sarted when his jobless cousin wanted the shop. Just to give the shop to his cousin he is lying about taking the rent. He has brought goons and rowdies to our house and threatened us multiple times. He claims he knows well known rowdy sheeters of bangalore. After doing all this he has only filed a complaint in j c nagar police station claiming we have not paid rent from 7 months. If any one out here can help us save the shop which earns us bread it would be of great help.
