[Resolved] Housefull International Furniture — Delay in delivery and delivered only some parts of the product | |||||
I have booked Futon from Housefull, banerghatta branch, Bangalore. It was supposed to be delivered on 18 Feb, but they delayed the delivery saying that the delivery transport broke down. At last after so many calls and requesting them repeatedly they delivered the product and sent a carpenter for installation. The carpenter told me that complete product is not delivered completely and it cannot be installed now. I have already waited for almost 20 days for delivery and now they delivered half of the product. The response from customer care is very rude and is no way willing to help the customer. I would want to register a complaint in consumer court against housefull for incomplete delivery and harassing me. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Now Housefull is stating that my product delivery has been completed, without sending the product completely. I will fight for my rights and the money I have paid. I am not going to give up till the company pays for the cheating and harassment.
