Housing.com — House rent not credited into landlord a/c

Sir..!
I paid the rent month of March 2021 Rs:10, 000 to my landlord today 27 April 2021, 01:54 PM .
Payment Initiated by me today 27 April 2021 01:54 PM.
Amount deducted in my Credit Card.

But till now my landlord is not recieved the money and also even a single message. Please, Kindly solve my problem.
