HPSEB — Double deduction of bill from accounts

Sir i have made bill payment rs 1367 incl transaction charge on 14 july 16 agains k no. [protected] kuldeep son of chet ram sub div nalagarh but transaction no igocinexr1 failed but second time bill successfuly paid. on scrutiny observed amount 1367 has been deducted from my account. therefor it is requested please refund my amount 1367 immediately.

Sir, I have deposit online bill against K no.[protected] (Kuldeep S/O Chet Ram, sub div Nalagarh for Rs 1367.26 incl transaction charge on 14 July 2016, but it shows ' your transaction IGOCINEXR1 is failed, you may try again' .During next time bill paid successfully . On scrutiny of my account, it is observed that, amount 1367.26 have been deducted two times.

Therefore it is requested, amount 1367.26 which is failed by transaction IGOCINEXR1 may please be refunded immediately .
