Fraud fraud fraud this guys are big big cheaters they sold us 20lac bulk sms in 22000 rs but they have stoped our service once we have consumed 1lac sms, now they are asking us to pay more money, when i talked to there staff called mansi ([protected]) she told us aapko samaj aana chahiye itna sasta koi deta hai kya, also she admitted that they have fooled us i have recorded her call, also she has given contact numbers of her senior but no body is answering the call i have called one hundred of time but none of them answer my call i am putting there complaint in consumer forum also below i am sharing link of consumer forum guys plz you people also put complaint for these cheaters madhuresh desai [protected] this is the sales who never answers the call, also this company do not have landline number as well, i am also putting complaint in local police station, because they have official mail us confirmation to us before paying money, also be aware this people will ask you to pay money personal account, they do not have current account, i am supposed to loose my job because of this fraudster & i am not going to leave them like this, company has paid on my approval, because of them i have lost my reputation in the company.. https://www.consumercomplaints.in/new_complaint/ i will use all force & power to sue this company, & will make this people pays for there wrong commitment & cheating, guys plz start posting this company review on facebook, twitter, & other social sites let them see power of media Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Jun 16, 2018 HSP Media Network Customer Care's response sanya khan and zillmanagement are frauds. they are mentally harassing our employees and sending rubbish messages.we have blocked thier account as they were misusing the services and image of the company and as per our policy we have tried to contact them and tried to resolve issue but they were not behaving properly and professionally so we have stopped all communication with them. we request everyone not to get into their prey as they are non sense free people and have no work to do apart from harassing others illegally. | |||||
