HT Media — Hindustan Times 1 Year Subscription - Cheque Cleared - Never received Service

I stay in Gurgaon and had recently subscribed to a 1 Year @ Rs 599 Promo offer from HT Media for getting Hindustan times Newspaper for 1 year. This was through my newspaper vendor (details below). Name of Vendor / Distributor: Riya News Paper Agency, Vill Bhangrola, IMT Manesar, Gurgaon Owner: Monu Yadav [protected] Hundreds of people in my neighbourhood had subscribed to the same offer. We were told the cheque will clear in 1 month and 1 will received 12 coupons which I can use to pay for the paper to my vendor for 1 year. I never received the coupons. The cheque cleared my account (and so for hundreds of other subscribers). On checking with my newspaper vendor, he mentioned HT media has done a fraud with them also and has not issued any coupons to them either. I am back to using Times of India but expect some action to be taken against the culprits.
