HTC — Back camera problem

Sir, i am dulal chandra das (Mobile [protected]). I was buying htc desire 720 dual sim smartphone{imei no [protected]/[protected]} from contai mobile store. Since then i was facing back camera problem i. E back camera take pic perfectly without flash but with flash (Probably night) the pic shows red mostly nothing to understand. I was then go to mobile shop, they took my handset 4 to 5 days and gave me mobile, i saw same problem the camera shows yellow most. Next i went to mobile shop they told me they nothing to do. My complaint is that why you will launch this type of bad camera problem hadset. Is this your type of service that we expect from such a global brand htc. Sir plz remind on my word. after reading all these comments ... I'm worried bout you guys .. How do u get issues in such an awesome phone ?? ... Its not the problem with the phone ..it means u don't deserve the phone ... I saw some people talking That they gave there phone for service in a 'mobile shop' and its not working properly even aftr.. DUDE Y did HTC provide u service centers ?
Some illiterate guy wud ve got ur phone n now its gone ... I own a HTC 816 .. I had problems with the phone except for the 3times i broke its display ... My fault though .. Everything Expensive n classy are sensitive .. Always went to the service center .. And wen i get my phone back it ll be like a brand new one :D like u get ur bike after service .. Most of my frnds own HTC .. We love HTC

HTC — Simple change in parts take 10 to 15 days ,and call 3-4 time to service station. Sufficent support not available .

I send my mobile as one of slot is not working, Service centre call me two times and then advise that part will change and it is in warranty . But it will take 8 to 10 working days for simply replacement .

I didn't receive my ear phones and battery for desire 501 mobile.

My Whatsapp Stops frequently.

I am having HTC Desire C .Probably Once in every month my What's app poises .Then i need uninstall it and again install it. Due to this I loses my msg..What is the reason behind it.Why it stops frequently.
