HTC — Black Display

Hi, I purchased HTC Desire 816G, four months before from flipkart. Last month I faced a problem with its display and handed over it to the concerned HTC Service center at Ameerpet in Hyderabad on 16th April, 2015. Its been over a month and I didn't get my handset back. I've been following up since that time, and couldn't receive any update on it. Please help to check into this issue. Best regards, Nitesh

I have faced the same problem 3 months back with my HTC device, one of the worst customer care service.
