HTC — Complaint regarding HTC service

My Name is Sonam Kumari. I bought a HTC Desire 616 handset from Flipkart on 7th November, 2014. Within a month it started giving me problems. So i took the handset and gave it for repair within warranty at TVSE Electronics, Kolkata (authorised HTC service centre) on 27th December.I was informed that I will get the handset on 20th January 2015. After waiting for more then 20 days, i started calling the HTC service centre and i am not getting any response. is this the kind of service we expect after paying 15000 rupees for a phone. Please help me.
